GND Forum Humanities@NFDI: The Integrated Authority File in NFDI4Culture, NFDI4Memory, NFDI4Objects and Text+

The GND Forum Humanities@NFDI brings together contributors from the four humanities consortia of the National Research Data Infrastructure (NFDI) to discuss the role and potential of the Integrated Authority File (GND).

The central question of the meeting is how the dual role of the GND—as both a database and a community-driven organization—can support stronger collaboration between NFDI4Culture, NFDI4Memory, NFDI4Objects, and Text+.

The program includes:

• Tools and applications with GND reference
• Perspectives on GND entity types
• Strategic discussions on future collaboration

The event takes place on June 23–24, 2026, in Göttingen (Lunch-to-Lunch format). Participation is free of charge, but registration is required by June 16.
