Jupyter Notebooks

A collage of screenshots of some notebooks and applications available on the NFDI-Jupyterhub.

Jupyter Notebooks are interactive documents that run in a web browser and combine code, visualizations, and explanatory text. They support a wide range of tasks — from data analysis and machine learning to teaching and scientific research.

Several notebooks, tools, and software environments prepared by Text+ can be used on the NFDI-Jupyterhub (Jupyter4NFDI) (see Code Repository for the current link to launch a Jupyter server). This includes:

  • Notebooks for analyzing texts from TextGridRep, including with MONAPipe
  • Publishing data in TextGridRep using TGPublisher
  • OCR, XSLT, XML validation, and more using Notebook Actions
